Returns

You are not happy with your jewelry? You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us via our contact form.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within approx. 2 weeks after receipt of your goods.

Please note that for hygienic reasons we only accept unworn and originally packaged goods with all the jewelry boxes and cards. Sale items can not be returned.

Refined Pieces will not cover any return shipping costs. 
The return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
